GENERAL TERMS

  1. The MISTA Template is sold under license from Akilana Ltd liab. Co.
  2. This is a non-exclusive license. Akilana Ltd liab. Co. reserves right to resell the MISTA Template over again.
  3. Akilana Ltd liab. Co. retains ownership of the MISTA Template.
  4. The MISTA Template and all its components are subject to copyright.
  5. Customization is not included in the MISTA Template price. If you need customizations please contact us.
  6. Your use of the MISTA Template is restricted to a single MEGA / HOPEX installation.
  7. You are allowed to use the MISTA Template for only one base or repository. 
  8. You are allowed to use the MISTA Template for only one MEGA / HOPEX template. Your are not allowed to duplicate and modifiy the template in order to generate more than one MEGA / HOPEX website. You must buy MISTA licenses for each MEGA / HOPEX template. If you want to generate two different websites, for example, one for the process and another for the application architecture, based on two seperate MISTA templates, you must buy two licenses.
  9. You may distribute the website generated by MEGA / HOPEX.
  10. You are not allowed to redistribute or resell the MISTA Template or parts of the MISTA Template.
  11. You can modify the MISTA Template by your own to match your needs.
  12. The MISTA Template contains licensed components. Those components must only be used within the MISTA Template and you are not allowed to extract and use them on a stand-alone basis. 
  13. All licenses from third party components used in the MISTA Template are transferred to you.
  14. The MISTA Template was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL). Your use of the MISTA Template is subject to the terms of the GPL in place.
  15. If your MISTA Template contains a license validation mechanism, you are not allowed to remove the scripts used for this license validation.
  16. Ownership of the MISTA Template is governed by this usage license. Whenever you're in doubt about licensing rights contact Akilana Ltd liab. Co.
  17. The MISTA Template is offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. 
  18. Akilana Ltd liab. Co. will not be liable for any damage or loss of data whatsoever due to using MISTA Template.

 

REQUIREMENTS

The MISTA Template is designed to run on MEGA 2009 SP5, HOPEX V1, V2 and HOPEX V3. The website generated by MEGA / HOPEX based on the MISTA Template must be hosted on a recommended web server. To navigate on the website the use of a compatible browser is required.

Recommended web servers

  • Microsoft IIS
  • Apache

The website must be hosted on a web server. If the website is not hosted on a web server but only stored on a file server or directory on your PC, Internet Explorer will not be supported. In this case, we recommend to use Chrome but some features will not work (Excel export, ...).

Diagram format

The recommended diagram (generated images) fomat is PNG. The SVG format is not supported.

The MISTA Template is based on the static HTML SmartAdmin Template developped by GotBoostrap MyOrange  and for which Akilana Ltd liab. Co. has bought sub-licensing rights.

Akilana Ltd liab. Co. certifies that :

  • We own or have rights to use the intellectual property rights in the MISTA Template and that the MISTA Template does not infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party;
  • We have purchased an extended license of the SmartAdmin template that is used by MISTA which allows us to resell the SmartAdmin template (at the time of purchase SmartAdmin was marketed by GotBoostrap myOrange);
  • The MISTA Template is not false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or defamatory;
  • The MISTA Template does not contain viruses or other computer codes, files or programs which are designed to limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware. 

 

CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE
